Each player is permitted to hold one active account with 786wen. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 786wen may close all associated accounts and void any pending transactions or balances linked to those accounts.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held.
786wen operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its commitment to security and responsible gaming. Before processing withdrawal requests, the platform may request identity documents such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or confirmation of the payment method used. This process is standard across reputable online gaming platforms and is designed to protect players as much as the platform.
Completing KYC verification early in your account lifecycle speeds up future withdrawal requests significantly. We recommend completing verification as soon as you register your account.

The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the Deposit page and may vary depending on the selected payment method. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value transactions may be subject to additional verification.
786wen only accepts deposits made from payment accounts that are registered in the same name as the 786wen account. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether from a family member, friend, or any other source — are not permitted. Such transactions may be reversed and the account flagged for review.
If a deposit transaction fails to credit your account within the expected processing timeframe, contact our customer support team with the transaction reference. Do not attempt to repeat the transaction before confirming with support, as duplicate transactions can cause delays in resolution.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed promptly. For JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers, funds typically arrive within a few hours. Raast and bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on the receiving institution. 786wen does not impose arbitrary delays on withdrawal requests from accounts in good standing.
For security reasons, 786wen processes withdrawals back to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, the support team will work with you to arrange an alternative — subject to successful identity verification.
Withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed identity verification will be held pending completion of the KYC process. 786wen will communicate clearly what documents are required and the expected timeframe for review.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Withdrawable balances consist of real-money funds and winnings from completed wagering requirements on bonuses. The platform's cashier section clearly distinguishes between bonus and real-money balances.
All bonuses offered by 786wen are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the individual bonus terms associated with each offer. Players should review these before accepting any bonus.
786wen takes bonus abuse seriously. This includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploiting technical errors or promotional miscommunications. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonus voided, their account suspended, and any associated winnings forfeited.
Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the stated timeframe will expire automatically. Similarly, wagering requirements must be met within the specified period. Extensions are not available once a bonus has expired.
Some promotions may carry a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings generated from bonus funds. This will be clearly stated in the bonus terms. 786wen recommends reading the full conditions of any promotion before opting in.
All games available on 786wen operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by reputable third-party game providers. The outcome of each spin, hand, or round is independent of previous results and is not influenced by player history, account balance, or any other external factor.
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:
In the unlikely event of a game malfunction, all bets and payouts from affected rounds are void. 786wen will communicate with affected players and where applicable credit lost bets back to accounts. Wins resulting from a technical error are not valid and will not be paid.
Game providers certified by recognised international testing agencies supply all titles on 786wen. Published RTP values reflect the long-term statistical return of each game under normal operating conditions.
786wen reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion. This may apply where odds were incorrectly displayed, where suspicious betting patterns are detected, or where a bet exceeds account or market limits. Bets are only confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your account history.
In-play bets — including live PSL, T20 international, and football markets — are subject to a brief delay in acceptance to account for real-time data feeds. 786wen does not guarantee acceptance of any in-play bet. Bets placed during periods of disruption to live data (such as broadcast delays) may be voided.
A bet may be voided in certain circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond 48 hours, match abandonment, incorrect odds due to system error, or breaches of these Terms. Where a single selection in an accumulator is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket, this means the result as confirmed by the Board of Control for Cricket in Pakistan (BCCI for international matches) or the Pakistan Cricket Board. PSL results are settled per official tournament records.
786wen is committed to ensuring that gaming remains a form of entertainment for all users. Gaming is not a way to earn income or solve financial problems. If at any point it stops being fun or starts affecting your daily life, it is time to take a break.

Your 786wen account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity that takes place under your account credentials. 786wen will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact support immediately to have the account secured. 786wen cannot be held liable for losses resulting from the use of your account by a third party where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

786wen reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that is found to have violated these Terms. This includes — but is not limited to — providing false registration information, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, fraudulent payment activity, or any form of cheating.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond. Where a final decision is made to close an account due to a Terms violation, 786wen will return any legitimate real-money balance (minus any amounts linked to fraudulent activity) to the payment method on record after the investigation is concluded.
Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Pending bets will be settled normally, and the remaining balance returned to the registered payment method.
786wen provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we take every reasonable step to ensure availability and reliability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786wen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, financial loss resulting from gaming outcomes, or interruption of service.
Nothing in these Terms limits 786wen's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter where liability cannot legally be excluded.
